The ‘lifestyle’ benefits we afford our candidate is centered around empowerment. For positions that will likely remain static, we offer a 40-hour workweek.  It is one thing for someone to work 45+ hours per week in a position that has a genuine opportunity for performance-based raises and advancement. But for a static position, we empower candidates to chose a 40 hour work week so that they can spend time with their families.
Dream Team HR is also committed to permitting candidates two weeks of paid vacation, plus up to 12 federal holidays and up to six paid sick days.  We prefer clients who share our values. Even if the moral argument does not sway a client, this is one of those times where the ‘right thing’ is also the smart thing. Because of our lifestyle value, we draw the top candidates – smart candidates who understand the value of family and work-life balance. These candidates tend to have a special something, a spark of life, that makes them more compelling and effective when they are working for you.  Our model also results in extremely low attrition.
