Compliance anxiety is one of the great barriers to international outsourcing. Mitigating that exposure is a major benefit of working with Dream Team HR. We, as an outsourcing firm, don’t run into compliance issues because our pay and benefits package well exceeds the minimum standards of the remote countries. Nevertheless, Dream Team HR is strictly compliant with the regulatory schemes of the remote countries. As the actual employers of your team member, we take great care to keep meticulous records. We also have remote-country nationals with law degrees on our own team- and we are ever vigilant when it comes to compliance.
